Recruitment
All our personnel, is selected following the most rigorous procedures applied by the Human Resources department that is specialized in the area of security. Those candidates who are suitable are intensively trained, following plans and theoretical-practical programs designed exclusively by the training department to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Of our applicants, those who fully comply with the required documentation and profile requirements are selected. There is an interview with human resources staff and one more with the head of operations where skills will be qualified for the subsequent provision of services that our customers specifically request us.
The information provided to us is verified and a search is made of possible criminal records throughout the Republic, regardless of the proof of no criminal record required. Finally, the physical-medical, psychometric and toxicological exams are practiced, which are done by private laboratories of our trust (avoiding the possibility of receiving exams whose results are doubtful).
Training
Those candidates who have passed the filters of the Human Resources department, are trained for a minimum period of 40 hours, in days of 6 hours a day, providing general and specific academic and practical instruction according to the needs of our clients. It is important to highlight that our training plans and programs are duly registered and authorized by the competent authorities and cover different levels, including the following training courses:
